Refund and Cancellation Policy
We refund an order only if we fail to deliver the service and its report sheet. Indexing has its own rule, below.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid as wallet credit in your Rank Rebels account, which you can spend on any service. Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw it, raise a support ticket and we handle it manually.
What is not refundable
A result you did not get is not by itself a reason for a refund: rankings, traffic and leads are not guaranteed (see the Results Disclaimer). Where we delivered the service and its report sheet, the order is not refundable. Work starts as soon as we have your payment and details, so we do not refund an order on cancellation alone.
