Who may use it

Rank Rebels is for businesses and agencies, and you must be at least 18. If you order for a client, you confirm you are allowed to do so and that the business details you give us are accurate.

The services

We sell four services: Branded Mini Website, Branded Google Stack, Co-Citation Feed and Podcast Syndication, plus indexing for individual URLs. What each includes, its price and its delivery time are on its page when you order. We may change prices and descriptions for future orders; an order you have paid for is not affected.

Orders and payment

• You pay when you order. Prices are in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are paid as wallet credit. Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn directly: raise a support ticket and we handle withdrawals manually. Wallet credit does not expire.
• Work starts after payment and after we have the information we need from you. If we ask for more and you do not reply, delivery may be delayed.

What we do and do not control

Some services publish on websites, podcast directories and social platforms that we do not own. Those platforms set their own rules and may change or remove content. We deliver the service described; we do not control what third parties do afterwards.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, leads, revenue or that any page or URL will be indexed by Google. Indexing is run once for each order, and indexing of additional URLs is charged at $2 per URL. See the Results Disclaimer and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Changes after delivery

For a Branded Mini Website hosted by us, we make changes you request within one month of the build, covering content, targeting adjustments, corrections and additions. After that, changes fall outside the standard build. On your own domain, the website is your property once handed over, and later changes are yours to make. Pages published on third-party sites for Co-Citation Feed and Podcast Syndication are owned by Rank Rebels.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, lawful business information and keep your sign-in email secure.
• Do not use the services for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, or for a business you are not authorised to represent.
• Do not misuse the audit tool (automated or excessive use, or attempts to get around limits).

We may refuse or stop an order, or suspend an account, if these terms are broken.

Liability

The services and this website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the services at any time. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may end or change the services with notice for unpaid orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
